At VeloraBag, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through velorabag.site may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
1. Thirty-Day Return Period
We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include the original packaging, labels and accessories
- Show no signs of damage, stains, odors, alteration or misuse
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Products returned without authorization or outside the 30-day period may not be accepted.
2. Free Returns
VeloraBag provides free return shipping for eligible and approved returns submitted within the 30-day return period.
To begin a return, contact us at support@velorabag.site before sending the product. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Where available, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label or another approved return method.
Customers should not independently return a product without contacting us first. VeloraBag is not responsible for unauthorized returns, products sent to an incorrect address or return packages shipped using an unapproved method.
3. How to Request a Return
Please email support@velorabag.site with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs or videos when the product is damaged, defective or incorrect
Our support team will normally respond within 1–2 business days.
After receiving approval, follow the return instructions provided by our team. The product should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include clear photographs of:
- The product
- The damaged or defective area
- The shipping package
- The shipping label
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, refund or another reasonable remedy.
Do not discard the product or its packaging until your request has been reviewed.
5. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may be refused for:
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products showing signs of use, wear or washing
- Products damaged through improper handling or misuse
- Products altered, repaired or modified after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Final-sale or clearance products clearly marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products purchased from another seller or website
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
6. Refund Processing
Once the return is delivered to the approved return location, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing by VeloraBag may take up to 5 business days after inspection.
Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time to display the refund in your account. These processing times are outside our control.
Original expedited shipping charges, optional shipping upgrades or other non-refundable service fees are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
7. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. Because inventory can change quickly, we cannot guarantee that the requested replacement style or variation will remain available.
In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins.
To request a cancellation, email support@velorabag.site immediately. We will attempt to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Orders that are refused, unclaimed or returned because the customer did not collect the package may require additional review.
If a package is returned to us, any refund will be processed after the package has been received and inspected. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect a package may be deducted where permitted by law.
10. Return Abuse
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns where there is evidence of fraud, repeated misuse, excessive return activity or violation of this policy.
